Summer Bowdy!

4 times a week for 3 weeks

Hello Ladies, this challenge will be for three weeks then we will continue for another 3 weeks for a total of 6 weeks. This challenge frequency will be 4xday per week, then next challenge we will bump it up to 5xdays a week. It is required to check in for 60mins per working out, (working out) πŸ’ͺ🏽πŸ’ͺ🏽. I have experienced some glitches myself, if this happens you must take a picture and notify whomever you know. Wishing you all safety, health and a great Summer Body Goal!!!
