5 times a week for 2 weeks

Sweat workout 5x/week for at least 30 minutes. You may show your watch or app or your sweat and equipment. Evidence of a good workout is necessary. Restorative yoga and walking do not count! Only activities that increase your heart rate and make you sweat is what we are after. This is the 9th time we are doing this sweat challenge. It has been super successful in terms of battling the COVID blues, staying active and healthy and losing weight.
