https://www.coursera.org/learn/the-science-of-well-being We will be taking the very famous Yale course, The Science of Well-Being, over the next 10 weeks. While the course officially starts 3/24, we will be starting the challenge Sunday 3/29 to give people time to join. Mandatory to show your coursera dashboard that you have completed all of the assignments for the week. My understanding is that there is journaling involved in this course - you are not obligated to share your reflections, but please also show that you completed your journal assignments. It goes without saying this is not my course, I just think other people will enjoy doing this with me.
