Tim Ferris Morning Routine

5 times a week for 1 week

The routine. 1. Get up within 2 minutes of alarm going off. This signals to the universe that you aren’t hesitating to live your life, and to execute on something you set out to do. 2. Make your bed. 3. Cold shower. 4. Journaling, empty anything on the Monkey brain followed by Gratitude journaling who and what you are grateful for 3 of each to really focus down, and then make a plan for the day. Schedule it out bullet journal method. Or any method that works. 5. Do 10-20 reps of something that gets the blood flowing. Squats, jumping jacks ect. Check in to tell us how it went, how you feel, or on day 2, 3 ect how the routine affected your day!
