Traffic Goals

1 time on Mon, Tue, Wed, and Thu for 2 weeks

🔴30 minutes of cardio (elliptical, treadmill, outdoor running, rowing, indoor cycling or outdoor cycling) Monday-Thursday for 2 weeks‼️ 🔴$20.00 per missed workout‼️ 🔴No more than 1 workout per day. 🔴You must check in via video during or immediately following your workout. 🔴If you take the “give up” option, you’ll be ridiculed the rest of your life. When you do, Spar gets money and the people in the challenge get nothing‼️
