5 times a week for 2 weeks

1) Fast-ish walk, ride, run, row, etc. for at least 20 min., 5x/week, for 2 weeks. 2) Video check-in showing your GPS-enabled app, or machine (i.e. treadmill, stair climber, rowing machine) screen & your face. 3) Can mix & match activities to total 20 min. in any day- just show the screens for each on the same check in. 4) 1 check-in daily, and no you can’t do 40 min. 1 day to get credit for 2 days.
