This challenge is for people using Weight Watchers. Aim to earn a blue dot every day in June by staying in your personal healthy eating zone. When checking in, you must: 1.) Share a reflection about your day. What made you proud? What wasnā€™t so great (if anything). 2.) Show your blue dot. 3.) Share an intention for the next day. I will leave it up to you if you want to show the blue dot on the app by logging in on a computer or creating a paper version to mimic your app. Optional: Use the chat to share progress photos, recipes, tips/tricks, etc Penalty is for a missed check in, not for a missed blue dot. If you miss a blue dot, get back on the next day! Who can have the most blue dots by the end of June?
