Here is the Joe Rogan podcast https://youtu.be/hauwCHPRaRI This is a 2 week challenge to do the WHM breathing for at least one round daily 5 days a week. Only one check in is allowed per day. To check in, film yourself doing the breathing for the entire minute. If you get to 30 to 40 breaths then start the retention. Do the rest off camera. Less than 5 check ins a week and you pay the pot $3 per miss. Everyone that does the check ins splits the pot at the end. This is a great way to start or continue your practice and stay accountable for 2020 Let’s do this!
