❄️ Welcome to the Winter Workout Challenge ❄️ People of all levels & exercises of all types are welcomed! • Exercise 4 days per week for 3 weeks • 30 minutes per workout • Check-ins on Sun, Mon, Wed, and Fri before 3am Check- ins include ONE of the following: • A short video explanation of workout (type/length) • Proof of workout (Apple Watch, App Stats, etc) • Time lapse video of workout $5 per missed check-in.
