***YOU MUST CHECK IN WITH VIDEO DAILY*** Check in by posting a video everyday. Minimum of 4 workout check ins per week. The other 3 days are reserved for rest. Rest days can also be workout days if you want to push yourselves further. If anyone needs specific workouts to prepare for the Spartan Race feel free to let me know.
