Work out for 30+ min

4 times a week for 1 month

Feel free to invite others! This will start when we have enough people after the current one ends. Workout for a minimum of 30 minutes, 4 days per week. One checkin allowed per Spar day (3am-2:59am). Any activity that gets your heart rate up is accepted, whether at a gym or home or outside running/walking/etc. But must show the activity in your checkin. If you have issues with recording or cell service (maybe you’re at a gym where phones aren’t allowed or on a bike/running and don’t want to kill yourself), you can show an after shot of your beautiful sweaty self or watch/tracker stats. If you show stats, must include TIME spent and calories. Also, stats must be dated for the current day - cannot log earlier workouts. Biggest rule: have FUN!
