Work out for 30+ minutes

4 times a week for 3 weeks

Feel free to invite others! Workout for a minimum of 30 minutes, 4x per week. Any activity that gets your heart rate up is accepted, whether at a gym or home or outside running/walking/etc. But must show the activity in your checkin, and only one checkin allowed per day. If you have issues with recording or cell service (maybe you’re at a gym where phones aren’t allowed), you can show an after shot of your beautiful sweaty self or watch/tracker stats. If you show stats, must include time and calories. Also, stats must be dated for the current day - cannot log earlier workouts. Open to suggestions. Biggest rule: have FUN!
