Simple rules: β€’ Check in Monday-Saturday, 2 weeks, cut off is 3 am, and $5 penalty! β€’ You can show your Fitbit, Apple Watch, whatever you use to track your workouts. β€’ You can do time lapse, explain your workout to the group, or show yourself right after your workout so we can see ya sweat! πŸ’ͺ🏾 β€’ Can be at home or gym workouts, no minimum time or intensity required just make sure it’s something that challenges you.
