30 for 30!! The challenge is simple: workout every single day for 30 days for a minimum of 30 minutes each day. There’s no better way to create a habit than to fully commit to it every day, no matter what. Make this a non-negotiable part of your life, and watch how things change. You know what a gold workout consists of: -Breaking a sweat -Pushing yourself -Getting 1% better each day And most importantly: getting it done even though life is busy or you don’t feel like it.
