4 times a week for 3 weeks

Workout or Twerkout (whichever is preferred) 4x/week for 3 weeks Starts Monday, 11/4 Must check-in while at the gym or in workout location Can only check-in 1 time per day Show us your sweat if possible, we want to make sure you’re actually working! Apple Watch stats are acceptable if you forgot but try not to use that method more than 3x. I will be counting Have fun! Happy shredding, y’all!
