Workout 4 times a week for 2 weeks. BUT....3/4 of your checkins MUST be at a gym facility. 1 checkin at home is allowed per week. If you choose to workout at a gym facility 4 times a week that is also acceptable. When at the gym: You must show yourself at the gym doing an activity. When at home: show yourself doing an activity. Stretching/yoga does not count for this challenge. Let’s do this! Hoping to start Thursday 12/5.
