Workout 4x a week -The check ins are 60 seconds long so after checking in I hope you actually work out! -Your submissions must be in a gym setting or workout materials around you and you doing active workout things. -If you make a video of just bullshitting I’ll just remove you from the challenge. -Don’t be a fat ass!
