5 times a week for 4 weeks

3 week workout/water challenge - 5/7 days of the week - Minimum 30mins workout - Drink ONLY water for the next 30 days - Check in every time you’re working out to avoid penalty. - No pop only water - No Fast food - No candy - Low Carbs - $5 for each day missed out of the 5 - At the end of challenge, whoever checked in the most, wins the pot of money.. if it’s tied, split the money Can be either in home or at the gym workouts
