3 times a week for 3 weeks

The plan is to do some form of exercise at least 3x a week! That could be brisk walking, jogging, biking, elliptical, weights, etc. as long as it’s challenging for YOU. Make sure to check in 3x a week! This is a 3-week trial to create the habit then hopefully we will be to 4x a week or a longer amount of time. Since this is my first challenge, I could only do it for 3 weeks. Good luck! πŸ‘πŸΌ
