This challenge is about getting everybody into the fit mindset for the month of February. The rules are simple- if you don’t post a video workout- 3.00 goes into the pot! What consists of a workout- anything. Pushups, jumping jacks, weight training, running, sit-ups, a yoga class.... it’s about getting back into the swing of things. The video MUST be at least 20 seconds in length. If you quit it’s 10.00. Good luck and let’s get it!!!
